FAQ

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS TO THE SAME ADDRESS

Multiple orders placed on the same day to the same destination address cannot be combined.

SHIPPING A UNIQUE ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

DHL EXPRESS - Express Delivery

DHL offers door-to-door tracking. Packages normally arrive within 4-7 business days after dispatch. Keep in mind that customs officials may want to inspect your parcel, which may delay the delivery.

AIRMAIL - Slow Delivery

AIRMAIL parcels are usually delivered by your local postal agency. Orders shipped using AIRMAIL take 1-4 weeks, on average, for delivery. Online tracking is available, but not in real time (often only when it arrives in the destination country).

CUSTOMS FEES

Please be aware that you may incur extra international shipping fees. These customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, vat, etc...) may be charged to you upon delivery and required in order to receive your order. These fees are not included in our shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts". We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
